If you have sensitive skin, like me, you probably already know that this type of skin needs special care.  The skin care is extremely important, not only for our makeup look flawless, but to feel safe even without it.

Sensitive skin is a reactive skin and with low tolerance to external aggressions. This skin usually has a smooth, luminous appearance in youth, free from impurities or pimples, but as the years go all the symptoms of hypersensitivity develop. Sensitive skin is not necessarily allergic is clinically unstable skin, alternating episodes of normalcy with others of irritation with redness, dryness or rashes. The episodes are triggered by exposure to sun, cold, dry environment or by the application of cosmetics and perfumes. Sensitive skin needs a lot more attention than any other, therefore it is necessary to take care and keep out cleaning and moisturizing.

This skin should be cleaned with very mild soap and without detergents to protect it. Then you have to moisturize with moisturizers for sensitive skin, with few ingredients, no perfumes, preservatives or alcohol. Also be careful with cosmetic treatments and make-up. For sensitive skin look the best possible way we should not start by chemicals or cosmetics, but with food. For example, my skin reacts when I eat foods with gluten.
